Brief DescriptionA grade A listed building dating from the early 18th century with some very fine stained glass. The Select Vestry became concerned about specific elements of the cathedral fabric and decided to seek expertise advice.
Service

The Practice undertook a very detailed element by element inspection of the cathedral and from that was appointed as conservation adviser, preparing drawing, schedules and specifications.   Work is about to begin in site in the Spring of 2010.

Brief DescriptionThe Laundry Yard forms part of a listed house built in three phases beginning in mid eighteenth century. The house has been described as one of the finest Georgian houses in the county and is a three-storey block with two, two-storey wings.
Service

The Practice was commissioned to provide a full design service from feasibility, design, tender and on site.  The work was conservation led and included the conservation of clay, brick and lime-ash floors and chinoiserie stair balustrade.
