The Practice, with others, has recently completed a Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy for this estate.  Specialist survey and reporting techniques were employed to ensure the information was integrated into the existing maintenance system.

The Practice, with others, provided long-term maintenance plans, budgets, asbestos inspections and specific reports such as DDA and Decent Homes Standards on this estate.  Specialist software was used at survey and reporting stages of this commission.
