Custom House
Brief Description The Custom House dates from 1857 and was built to the designs of Charles Lanyon in an Italian style. Brett described the building in 1967 as “the finest public building in the city”. The building is listed Grade A indicating that it is of national importance.
Service

The Practice undertook a detailed structural survey and condition report on the fabric of this landmark building.  The commission involved out of hours high level access ensuring the reasons for damage and decay were thoroughly investigated.
