Effective planned maintenance of larger building estates is critical if the value of buildings, both as an investment and as a working environment for users, is to be maintained.

In conjunction with other consultants the practice provides a maintenance consultancy service for owners of single and multi-site estates. Stock condition inspections and reports to identify reactive and planned maintenance works are undertaken.  From this, annual and long term work programmes are formed and arrangement can be made to administer the necessary work by suitable contractors.

The aim is to develop a system where the correct work is undertaken, of the best quality, at the right time and at a competitive cost to meet the requirements of both owner and building.
