The Practice prepared Access and Design Statements and a Heritage Impact Assessment as part of a wider scheme of restoration.

In addition to a detailed condition report on the two major buildings on the site, the practice prepared a Conservation Statement to guide the redevelopment.  A statement of significance, identification of the key factors affecting the site and guidelines on the conservation principles to be adopted were provided.
