Chris McCollum, Building Conservation Surveyor, is a Chartered Building Surveying Practice specialising in Historic Building Conservation.  The Practice provides informed guidance on the inspection, evaluation, planning, repair, adaptation and management of historic estates and buildings.

The Practice aims to provide balanced advice based on professional knowledge and technical expertise, coupled with effective budget control and rigorous project management.  The approach of the practice to each commission is to work through a philosophy based on identifying the cultural significance and aiming always to produce work of the highest standards.
